The Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda Métrographe was like a breath of fresh air for me. At the moment, it's tough for me to get excited about most chronographs out there. The category is defined by too much leveraging of history, repetitive design, or the massive cluster of timepieces that are trying and failing to get out of the gravitational pull of the Rolex Daytona.
